Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original packaging and proof of purchase are required
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
Custom pieces are created specifically for each customer and cannot be resold.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
